In 2011, RCSP was introduced to develop a sense of community, while providing resources to help residents thrive. Programs include career development, financial literacy, and community-building events. RCSP teams with several community partners that enhance efforts to offer employment readiness through financial education workshops and services.
Economic stability programs are designed to help residents reach their career and financial goals. Residents work together with RCSP partners to access job resources and financial tools, start up small businesses, and much more. Economic stability services include:

- Computer skills training
- Job readiness and employment skills training
Community engagement programs help connect residents with neighbors, share health and wellness improvement options within the community, and simply enjoy the amenities offered by the East Lake Foundation and its partners.
