TOUR Championship Charity Showcase

 

The TOUR Championship, PGA TOUR and its proud partners are thrilled to host the Charity Showcase on Monday, July 24th at East Lake Golf Club. All proceeds benefit the East Lake Foundation.

The Charity Showcase

The Charity Showcase is an exclusive event comprising 3-5 foursomes where partners can play with celebrities, professional golfers, and top Historically Black College and University (HBCU) golfers. The match, which will be played in a scramble format, will take place Monday, July 24th at historic East Lake Golf Club. Join us for a behind the scenes look at the magic behind the TOUR Championship. The Charity Showcase benefits the East Lake Foundation.

Tournament Format

  • Each foursome will contain 1-2 celebrities and 2-3 sponsors competing in a 2-net best-ball format with handicaps. On the par-3 9thand 15thholes, two HBCU golfers will play the hole with the foursome, for two additional chances at birdies that the team may use.
  • The Charity Showcase attendees will then be invited to the post-golf function for media and tournament news –the tournament team will set up interviews with relevant media both before/during the golf portion and/or the evening portion.
