Carol Naughton is the Chief Executive Officer of Purpose Built Communities, a sister organization dedicated to spreading the model of community revitalization started in East Lake to communities nationwide.
She is also a past Executive Director of the East Lake Foundation, shepherding East Lake toward positive growth and access to opportunity for all residents.
